By using the Vídeo com IA services, operated by Iatec Servicos Empresariais LTDA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Vídeo com IA offers AI generation of videos and images (including turning photos into videos with audio, animating images, creating transitions, extending videos and restoring images), with support and delivery via WhatsApp.

2. Balance, top-ups and bonus

Use is prepaid: you add balance through top-ups and pay per second of video generated, according to the power and resolution chosen. Top-up bonuses, when offered, are applied automatically at top-up. Balance and bonus are not redeemable for cash.

3. Refund for technical failure

If a creation fails due to a technical error, the corresponding credit is automatically returned to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content and images you send and generate, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights. It is forbidden to create illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, involves people without consent, or is misleading, defamatory or in breach of Meta (WhatsApp) policies and applicable laws.

5. Data and privacy

Personal data processing follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and third-party services may cause temporary unavailability.

7. Content ownership

The content you generate is yours, subject to the terms of the AI providers used and applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vídeo com IA is not liable for lost profits, indirect losses or the use you make of the generated content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after the changes are published implies acceptance.
